As part of the Revenue Operations team, an international team comprised of myself and RevOps Analyst superstar Tanisha, this role empowers you to work cross-functionally, and internationally, with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other key business partners to continue to improve the efficiency of our processes.

In this role, you will be providing support and enablement to our fast growing Sales and Customer Success teams while optimizing and streamlining processes and workflows. You will calculate commissions to ensure sales payouts in an accurate and timely manner, review the effectiveness of the sales incentive plans, and provide commission analytics. In addition, you will play an essential role in data integrity; ensuring all sales data is accurate and reportable.


This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and we use a hybrid remote work model of 2 days in the office per week. You will report to the Revenue Operations Manager.


Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure development and utilisation of effective and efficient sales training. Document new and updated policies and procedures.
  • Provide deal support to the sales team, and manage ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure policy compliance and guide the sales teams to understand the processes, tools and technologies.
  • Estimate commissions accruals, calculate commissions (monthly), provide commission analytics and own the messaging and explanation of how commissions are calculated to sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to identify areas for improvement, make recommendations and implement solutions to optimize revenue operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, prioritizing scalability and growth.
  • Drive adaptation and continuous improvement of CRM tools and technologies, enhancing the efficiency and data quality.


Is this you?
  • ‍ Experience in a revenue/sales/business operations role
  • Experience in calculating sales commission and/or working on sales incentives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and an ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • ‍️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • ️ Exceptional communication skills
  • ‍ A team player willing to learn and try new things
  • Able to adapt to rapidly changing market
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
